What we collect
This website has no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up and no analytics or advertising trackers. We receive personal information only when you choose to give it to us: when you call (650) 800-5431, or when you book through our online scheduling page.
When you book or call, we typically receive your name, phone number, service address, appliance details (brand, model, serial number), a description of the problem and any access notes you share.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). These are used for security and to keep the site running.
Online booking
Online booking is provided by a third-party scheduling service at nexfield.pro. Information you enter there is processed by that service to create your appointment and is shared with us so we can perform the visit.
Maps
Some pages show an embedded Google map of our service area. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use your information to schedule and perform the repair, order parts, honor warranty claims, answer your questions and keep records required for tax and accounting. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your choices and California rights
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. To make a request, call (650) 800-5431. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.
